John Dobrowolski
CEO
is the CEO of Localytics. He is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in go-to-market leadership and a deep background in marketing technology and services. Before Localytics, John was a general manager, overseeing social advertising software businesses for ad tech leaders Skai and Nanigans. He played a key marketing and business development role as an early employee with MasterClass. Most recently, John ran his own consultancy and executive search practice, specializing in b2b saas startups. John holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University. He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and two kids.

Derick Thompson
VP of Operations
is the VP of Operations for Localytics. He has an extensive tenure and continuity with the business, with a history dating back to 2014 through numerous cross-functional roles ranging across Engineering, Professional Services and Customer Success. He has played a key role in translating the needs of the industry to actionable solutions that continue to drive mobile growth across the product's largest Enterprise clients. Derick has a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Boston University, and remains local to the Boston area today with his wife and son.

Andy Ambrose
Board Member
is a partner at Palm Venture Studios, spending his time investing in growth stage technology companies, as well as advising and consulting early stage companies. Andy is a serial entrepreneur, most recently co-founder of Liveoak Technologies which was acquired by DocuSign in 2020. Andy spent over 20 years in Fintech and Financial Services, as well as over a decade investing as an LP in several venture capital funds. Andy has a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University, and is a native Texan who has spent the last 20+ great years in Austin, TX.

Rob Pflieger
Board Member
is Chief Investment Officer at Palm Ventures focusing on the firm's private equity and public equity investments. Prior to joining Palm Ventures, Mr. Pflieger was the General Partner of Crystal Brook Capital Partners, a small cap focused hedge fund, which he founded in 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Pflieger was a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at Artha Capital Management, Inc., a long/short Emerging Market hedge fund, from 2011 until 2014 where he was responsible for investments in Latin America and South Africa. Prior to joining Artha Capital, Mr. Pflieger was a Managing Director at Coeus Capital, a long/short US focused hedge fund, from 2006 until 2011 where he was responsible for investments in several sectors including technology, media and telecom. Prior to joining Coeus, Mr. Pflieger was a Partner at Generation Partners, a private equity firm focused on providing capital to growth companies through buyout and growth equity transactions, from 1996 until 2006. Mr. Pflieger holds a B.B.A., summa cum laude from the University of Michigan and an MBA, with high distinction from Harvard Business School.
